Meet Leonard
Founder & Director, Omega Sportz
Leonard is the passionate founder and driving force behind Omega Sportz, a community-centred organisation dedicated to enriching the lives of children and families through high-quality activity programmes and childcare. With a background in sports coaching, youth development and school partnerships, Leonard has built Omega Sportz based on values of inclusion, energy and community impact.
He is dedicated to creating safe, engaging, and inspiring environments where children can build confidence, stay active and discover their potential. Leonard collaborates with schools, local authorities and community organisations throughout London to provide PE lessons, breakfast clubs, and HAF-funded programmes that genuinely impact lives.
Leonard is recognised for his leadership, creativity, and focus on relationships. He is dedicated to making sure every child, no matter their ability or background, has access to opportunities that help them growth, enable them to thrive, and help them feel valued.
Our approach to child development
Every activity at Omega Sportz is designed with child development in mind. We focus on building physical literacy, social skills, and emotional resilience through age-appropriate sports and creative activities. Whether a child is naturally sporty or more hesitant, our coaches adapt sessions to ensure everyone participates, improves, and most importantly, enjoys themselves.
Inclusion at the heart of everything
We welcome children of all abilities, backgrounds, and needs. Our team has experience supporting children with SEND, and we work with families and schools to make reasonable adjustments that enable full participation. No child is left on the sidelines at Omega Sportz.

Based in Sidcup with activities across London, we're not a faceless corporate provider. We know the schools we work with, understand local communities, and build lasting relationships with the families we serve.
