Yes, we operate throughout all school holidays from 8 am-6 pm. This includes October half-term, Christmas, February half-term, Easter, May half-term, and six weeks of summer provision.

We handle all logistics including site access, caretaker liaison, cleaning arrangements, and security. Your facilities are fully insured under our policy, and we ensure sites are left secure and clean.

Our friendly staff ensure new children settle quickly. We use buddy systems, ice-breaker games, and give extra attention to help nervous children feel comfortable.

We're fully inclusive. Additional support is available for children with special educational needs. Please discuss requirements when booking so we can ensure appropriate staffing.

Breakfast (cereals, toast, fruit), hot lunch (varies daily - always includes vegetarian option), and two healthy snacks. All dietary requirements and allergies are catered for. All food is provided by Omega Catering.

Each child should bring:

• Comfortable clothes and trainers

• Water bottle

• Sun cream and hat (summer)

• Change of clothes for younger children
