We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard. We also accept Childcare Vouchers. During our activity camps we also accept contactless card payment.
Bookings can be made online HERE. When booking online, please select your childcare voucher provider from the dropdown list. If your provider is not listed, please select other and type in the name of the provider then complete your booking by confirming voucher payment and contact us for us to register with your provider.
For cancellation of a booking, Omega Sportz will require 48 hours’ notice prior to the activity start date.
As Omega Sportz operates a no refund policy, customers who cancel their booking before the 48 hours’ notice period will receive a full credit note which will be placed onto their Omega Sportz account and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
No credit notes will be issued for activities which are cancelled within the 48 hours’ notice prior to the activity start date.
Omega Sportz advises children to bring the following:
A healthy packed lunch (nut free) with 2 healthy snacks
A water bottle (we provide extra water or squash)
Comfortable & suitable footwear for activities
Wear weather appropriate clothing, i.e. children are encouraged to take part in outdoor activities each day (weather permitting), therefore sunscreen should be applied before camp and we recommend a hat in hot weather. For cold and wet weather, we recommend children to wrap up warm and wear a coat.
We do ask that all items are labelled so we can ensure your child goes back home with everything.
Our Activity Camps welcome children aged 5 – 12 for a full day of active fun.
Please can parents and guardians inform Omega Sportz staff of any allergies that their child(ren) have before they attend one of our Activity Camps so that the team can take all necessary precautions. When booking your child(ren) to any of our activities please fill in the allergy section with any details we need to be aware of. Omega Sportz also run a NO NUTS policy at their Activity Camps.
